1. You will be given a numbered wristband, but that does not guarantee you will be treated; we will do our best to see as many people as possible within our time frame.

2. You will be escorted to a "Waiting Area" upstairs.

​

3. You will be ushered downstairs to "Patient Registration" in the main lobby in groups.

​

4. You will go to "Medical Screening." Based upon your medical condition, you may or may not be eligible to be treated. If you are eligible, you will continue in line.

​

5. You will receive an "X-Ray" and afterwards be evaluated by our medical staff to determine which procedures will be most beneficial to your dental health.

​

6. You will speak with medical staff about dental health in the "Education Area."

7. You will continue to "Waiting Areas."

​

8. You will enter the main "Clinical Arena" where the dental work will be done.

​

9. You will "Check-Out" in the arena and then fill out a "Survey" before exiting the building.

​

• Family members are asked to return to the Civic Center when your treatment is complete, or they can wait in the "Family Waiting Area" in the lobby near the exit survey area.

​

• Only adult patients 18 years of age or older will be allowed in the clinical arena.

​

• If we can do anything to help make you more comfortable, please look for people in light blue tee shirts - our Comfort Corps volunteers.
